PVC film wrapping machine is designed to laminate or wrap PVC film or paper on flat or curved surfaces. It is widely used to laminate film or paper on PVC or WPC window & door profiles, ceiling, cabinet boards, table tops.
PVC film Wrapping machine consists of dust cleaner, glue scraper, film pre-heater and laminating system. It is driven by worm wheel and shaft. It is equipped with film tension device, pneumatic cylinder controlled heating tunnel and Automatic rectifying instrument for film. Required materials for PVC film lamination machine: PVC film, glue(two components glue).
Features of Offline lamination machine for WPC wall panel:
1. Unwinding belt automatic correction device. Makes production easier and automatic.
2. According to the product, you can choose any one of squeegee glue and roller glue.
3. The same device can be applied to different products.
4. The length of the equipment laminating mechanism can be customized according to customer requirements.
Note: Fast change shelf is used for different shape profiles, for different shapes profiles, you don’t have to adjust rollers by yourself, you can directly change the shelf for different profiles. It is good for high efficient work.
