My Colombia client produces 250mm wide panel and 300mm wide panel. He uses printing machine and hot stamping machine to get panel design.
Normally there are 3 ways to get panel design: 1. printing machine 2. hot stamping machine 3. lamination machine.
For printing machine, it requires ink, UV materials to get design and glossy surface.
For hot stamping machine, clients will need buy hot stamping foil(design foil) and glue to transfer design to panel.
For lamination machine, clients will need buy PVC film(design film) and glue, and then stick film to panel to get design.
