Later, colored aluminum doors and windows were invented, but the price was expensive and ordinary consumers could not afford it. 3. Durability: adding reinforced steel in the profile cavity greatly improves the strength of the profile, and has the effects of shock resistance and wind erosion resistance. In addition, the multi-cavity structure of the profile and the independent drainage cavity prevent the water from entering the reinforced steel cavity, avoid the corrosion of the steel, and improve the service life of the doors and windows. Good thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity of the plastic-steel profile itself is far less than that of the aluminum profile, and the design of the multi-cavity structure has achieved the effect of thermal insulation. Studies have shown that the indoor temperature of the same type of room using plastic steel doors and windows in summer is 5-7 ℃ lower than that of aluminum doors and windows, and it is 8-15 ℃ higher in different regions in winter.
5. Good sound insulation performance: The sound insulation performance of plastic steel doors and windows with well-sealed insulating glass is good. Sound insulation has become the main condition for choosing doors and windows, especially for residential buildings in downtown areas. The plastic steel doors and windows are assembled by welding process, coupled with the closed multi-cavity structure, the noise barrier effect is very obvious.

After high temperature extrusion, cooling and calibration, hollow profiles with precise cross-sectional dimensions are made. In order to enhance the rigidity of plastic products, functional additives such as calcium carbonate powder and titanium dioxide are added during processing to increase the hardness of the product. At the same time, in the process of processing into doors and windows, steel linings are filled in the hollow cavity to meet the wind pressure resistance of doors and windows.
