PVC WPC crust foam board production line

PVC WPC crust foam board is widely used in construction, vehicle and ship manufacturing, furniture, decoration. The thickness is generally 0.3-5cm, surface is Smooth and flat(for different function, the destiny will be little different, machine can produce different destiny board by changing the formula). Now more and more clients use it as wall panel, because we can paste PVC film(or hot stamping or printing, each type requires different materials) on the surface and make it have many design for choosing.

Features of PVC WPC crust foam board:
1. PVC foam board has the characteristics of waterproof, flame retardant, acid and alkali resistance, moth proof, light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation and shock absorption.
2. PVC foam board can be processed the same as wood, and its processing performance is far better than that of wood.
3. PVC foam board is an ideal substitute for wood, aluminum and composite boards.
4. The surface hardness of PVC skinned foam board is very high, and it is difficult to produce scratches. It is widely used in cabinets, decoration, construction, furniture, etc.

PVC WPC crust foam board production line basically includes: double screw extruder(different models will have different capacity), mold, calibration machine(for some certain thickness, no need change mold, but if the range too big, then need change small part on mold), haul off machine(if thickness is too big, then need make haul off machine more bigger), cutting machine(have dust collector device, makes factory clean and protect workers’ health) and automatic plate moving device(reduce required labor, reduce production cost). The capacity ranges from 8 tons – 15 tons per day.

For reducing the cost of PVC WPC crust foam board production, we will make the board has co-extrusion process, it means we make the surface materials very good, but make inside materials less good, but product quality still very good, it helps reduce the cost of production PVC WPC crust foam board. Sometimes clients also will coat ASA or Acrylic surface on the top.

5. For different thickness, we will suggest clients use different quantities of cooling unit. More thickness, more cooling unit.
6. Some PVC WPC curst foam board also has embossing texture on the surface, it will requires embossing unit for it. It is also optional for SHARC’s PVC WPC crust foam board production line
7. SHARC can also supply printing machine(need PVC ink for color, UV varnish for glossy effect, also thinner), lamination machine(PVC film and glue, clients can choose PUR lamination machine or Cold glue lamination machine, PUR lamination machine use PUR hot melt glue, so it is more environmental and healthy) and hot stamping machine(need hot stamping foil and glue) for getting design surface of board.
