Raw material mixing process: according to the formula above, raw materials will be mixed inside of mixing machines, it can be fully automatically or manual, depends on the requirements of clients.
PVC wall panel extrusion line: mainly it includes: material auto-loader, double screw extruder machine, cooling&calibration table, haul off machine, cutting machine and stacker(or you can choose automatic plate moving machine to reduce labor), here we can get single color PVC wall panels.
After above two steps, we can get PVC wall panels without design, this step will use offline lamination machine for PVC wall panel, it will laminate PVC film to the panel of surface, then we can get the final products. The required raw materials for this step is PVC film and glue.
