PVC pipe production line

PVC pipes are divided into PVC-U pipes, PVC-M pipes and PVC-O pipes.
PVC-U (UPVC) pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy bonding, low price and hard texture, but due to the exudation of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply systems with a conveying temperature not exceeding 45 °C. Plastic pipes are used in drainage, wastewater, chemicals, heating and cooling fluids, food, ultrapure liquids, slurries, gases, compressed air and vacuum system applications.
PVC-O pipe, the Chinese name is biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride, is the latest evolution of PVC pipe, the pipe manufactured by special orientation processing technology, the PVC-U pipe produced by extrusion method is subjected to axial stretching and diameter To stretch, make the PVC long-chain molecules in the pipe regularly arranged in the biaxial direction, and obtain a new type of PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, high impact resistance and fatigue resistance.

PVC pipe production line is used to produce PVC pipe with diameter from 16 up to 800mm, which is used for electric conduit, building drainage, sewage pipe, water supply pipe, well casing pipe, agricultural irrigation pipe and so on.

PVC pipe production line mainly composed by: material feeder, conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, stacker, and pipe belling machine. By changing dorn or mould lip, it can produce several diameter or wall thickness on same machine.

4. The large pipe of the cutting machine is circularly cut (it is recommended that the circularcutting has low failure rate, strong stability, and easy maintenance), or no dust cutting machine((for small diameter pipes).). The cutting machine is equipped with a chamfering device.

5. The internal stepped structure of vacuum forming and cooling is convenient for operation when producing pipes of different diameters.
6. Vacuum tank water level control Liquid level control, automatic drainage. (The angle seat valve is automatically opened when the liquid level is full, and the drainage is also automatically drained) The solenoid valve controls the angle seat valve.
