High output, easy operation system for SHARC’s PE pipes production extrusion line.


PE pipes are used in a wide range of fields. Among them, water supply pipes and gas pipes are its two largest application markets. PE pipes for water supply are the replacement products of traditional steel pipes and PVC drinking water pipes. The water supply pipe must withstand a certain pressure, and PE resin with large molecular weight and good mechanical properties, such as HDPE resin, is usually selected. LDPE resin has low tensile strength, resistance to pressure difference, poor rigidity, poor dimensional stability during molding and difficult connection, and is not suitable as a material for water supply pressure pipes. However, due to its high hygienic index, LDPE, especially LLDPE resin, has become a common material for the production of drinking water pipes. LDPE and LLDPE resins have low melt viscosity, good fluidity and easy processing, so the selection range of their melt index is also wide, usually MI is between 0.3-3g/10min.

Normally the diameter of PE pipes ranges from 16-1600mm.

Main features of SHARC’s PE pipes production extrusion line:

  1. The screw is suitable for high-speed equipment with high efficiency.
  2. The vacuum box can be used as a negative pressure vacuum to increase the output. It is made of stainless steel, and the sprinkler head is a new material (high pressure and good atomization effect).
  3. Hard tooth surface and K series gearbox for tractor(or you can use servo motor), independent drive, stable and durable (large pipes are driven independently, and small pipes are produced in one piece)
  4. Circumcising the large pipe of the cutting machine (circular cutting is recommended, with low failure rate, strong stability, and easy maintenance), we can also give without dust and chips cutting machine .
  5. The steel we use is 60/100*3mm steel, which has high strength and stable equipment.
  6. The internal stepped structure of vacuum forming and cooling is convenient for operation when producing pipes of different diameters.
  7. Vacuum tank water level control Liquid level control, automatic drainage. (When the liquid level is full, the angle seat valve is automatically opened, and the drainage is also automatically drained), and the solenoid valve controls the angle seat valve.
