PE pipes are used in a wide range of fields. Among them, water supply pipes and gas pipes are its two largest application markets. PE pipes for water supply are the replacement products of traditional steel pipes and PVC drinking water pipes.

The process of manufacturing PE pipes mainly includes raw material mixing & feeding process(we can supply semi-automatic system or fully automatic system as options) and extrusion process. PE pipe diameter ranges from 16-1600mm.

Main features of PE pipes production line:

  1. Screw、barrel design and manufacturing adopt advanced technology, barrier type screw, suitable for PPR and PE material with good plasticizing effect, Screw and barrel material:38CrMoAlA,nitriding treated, adopt original famous electric components with high steady running quality .Gearbox: high torque, low noise, hard gear tooth face dedicated extruder gear box, Self protective system, Over current protective of motor, Over pressure protective of scre
  2. The screw is suitable for high-speed equipment with high efficiency.
  3. The vacuum box can be used as a negative pressure vacuum to increase the output. It is made of stainless steel, and the sprinkler head is a new material (high pressure and good atomization effect)
  4. Hard tooth surface and K series gearbox for tractor(or you can use servo motor), independent drive, stable and durable (large pipes are driven independently, and small pipes are produced in one piece)
  5. Circumcising the large pipe of the cutting machine (circular cutting is recommended, with low failure rate, strong stability, and easy maintenance), we can also give without dust and chips cutting machine .
  6. The steel we use is 60/100*3mm steel, which has high strength and stable equipment.
  7. The internal stepped structure of vacuum forming and cooling is convenient for operation when producing pipes of different diameters.
  8. Vacuum tank water level control Liquid level control, automatic drainage. (When the liquid level is full, the angle seat valve is automatically opened, and the drainage is also automatically drained), and the solenoid valve controls the angle seat valve.
