3. Use of plastic box or roller coating system

②. Adjustment of the thickness of the adhesive layer: the thickness of the adhesive layer can be adjusted by turning the lifting bolts on the lower part of both sides of the plastic box.
⑵, the use of roller coating device:
Turn the squeegee shaft on the plastic box to adjust the thickness of the coating layer. Turn the adjusting handle clockwise to thicken the adhesive layer; turn it counterclockwise to thin the adhesive layer. until the glue is evenly applied.
4. Diaphragm installation and gluing adjustment
Install the cut film on the film hanging shaft, adjust the position, lift the plastic box, the film will pass through the upper film guide roller, pass through the gap at the bottom of the plastic box, add the glue into the plastic box, pull the inclined iron, The distance is slightly narrower than the diaphragm width. Adjust the screws on both sides of the front end of the plastic box to control the thickness of the glue. The thickness of the glue depends on the type of glue, generally 50-100 grams of glue per square meter.
