Hot and cooling PVC mixer machine is widely used in the production of various plastic industries because of its advantages of fast mixing, uniform mixture, good absorption of resin to plasticizer, easy operation of the machine, easy cleaning, sturdy and durable, and compact structure.
It consists of pot body, pot cover, transmission parts, base, outlet and other components. The pot body is welded by stainless steel, the inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, and has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and not easy to stick. There is a heating jacket and a resistance heating ring on the outer surface of the pot. The temperature is directly transferred to the pot body through the high ignition point mechanical oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated evenly, and the temperature of the material in the pot can be controlled by adjusting the heating temperature. The lid is made of aluminum alloy, and the inner surface is finely turned and polished. It can be rotated horizontally clockwise by 70° along the vertical rotation axis, but do not use too much force to avoid bumping the pot wall. There are holes for adding resin, plasticizer and stabilizer on the cover. Users can arrange it according to their own needs. The center is a ventilation hole. In order to prevent personal accidents caused by the rotation of the stirring paddle when the pot lid is not properly covered, a safety limit switch is installed on the pot body. When the pot lid is not tightly covered, the switch is not turned on and the motor cannot be started.
