Double screw PVC edge band tape production line mainly includes: double screw extruder, water cooling tank, primer coating machine(meter counter is equipped) and winding machine(automatically winding). Machine capacity ranges from 1800-3000kg per 24 hours.

Equipment Features of double screw PVC edge band tape production line

1. The production raw materials use powder directly without granulation, and the production process is simpler and more efficient.
2. To produce PVC edge strips of different sizes by changing molds only. Clients can choose machine produce 2-8 strips edge band at one time.
3. Compared with single screw extruder PVC edge band production line, the capacity is higher and more easier for the whole process.
4. Before using big amount materials to produce edge band, clients can use roller mill(color testing device) to check color first by their formula(check if the base is the one they want), after make sure the color, then they can use big amount, this device helps reduce the fault of operation, make production more rigorous. 
5. We can also supply clients the sample making machine(punch edge band rolls into edge band samples with logo on it, then they can show samples to their destination clients).
6. Recycling machines are optional, by recycling wasted edge band, clients can reduce production cost and make themselves more competitive.
7. For different embossing texture, we will make different embossing rollers accordingly and it will be 100% same with offered samples.
