PVC ceiling wall panel making machine

PVC ceiling wall panel is mainly made of PVC resin and calcium carbonate and additives. The main advantages of PVC ceiling panel are: light weight, easy installation, waterproof and moisture-proof, moth-proof, the surface color pattern changes a lot, and it is resistant to pollution, easy to clean, and has good performance of sound insulation and heat insulation , In particular, the flame retardant material is added to the new process, so that it can be extinguished immediately after leaving the fire, and it is safer to use. Common width of PVC ceiling and wall panel ranges from 100-603mm.

 

Normally there are 3 ways to get PVC ceiling wall panel design production: 1. use printing machine  2. use hot stamping machine  3. use lamination machine.

1. For printing machine, it requires ink, UV materials to get design and glossy surface
2. For hot stamping machine, clients will need buy hot stamping foil(design foil) and glue to transfer design to panel.
3. For lamination machine, clients will need buy PVC film(design film) and glue, and then stick film to panel to get design
