Machine Features of Three calendar system PVC edge band sheet production line:
PVC edge banding is a material for protecting, decorating and beautifying the section of furniture panels. It can make a piece of furniture show the overall effect of clear wood grain and colorful colors. The main materials for production of PVC edge band are PVC resin, calcium carbonate and additives. SHARC can supply clients the required formula of different quality according to their requirements.
Basically there are ways to produce PVC edge band tape, one is single screw extruder(use PVC granule materials, you can choose to manufacture PVC granules yourself or buy from market directly), the second is use double screw extruder(use PVC powder materials), the third is the one we will introduce here: Three-calendering system PVC edge strip making machine. It also uses PVC powder materials which reduce the process of producing granules, makes production process shorter and more efficient.
The process of Three-calendering system PVC edge strip making machine includes:
1. raw materials mixing(PVC mixer and material feeding, you can use automatic material feeding or semi-automatic)
2. Three calendar system extrusion line (get big sheet edge band with embossing texture here).
3. Offline printing and UV coating system(get wooden design or any other design you want, and you can make edge band surface matt or glossy by this process).
4. cutting process (use slitting machine to cut big sheet into final small sizes edge band tape).
