PVC ceiling and wall panel are made of polyvinyl chloride resin as the base material, adding anti-aging agents, modifiers and other additives, and are made by kneading, calendering, vacuum blistering and other processes. Basically, to produce PVC ceiling and PVC wall panel, clients can share same extruder machine.

For PVC ceiling and wall panel, the common width will be 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 600mm(2 by 2 feet, 595mm or 603mm). When the width less than 300mm, we can suggest client use 51/105 extruder or 55/110 extruder or 65/132 extruder. When the size bigger than 300mm, then clients can choose to use 65/132 extruder or 80/156 extruder.

For PVC ceiling, Normally there are two types design making method, one is printing, another is hot stamping. These are two different type machines. Below are some explanations:

• Printing Machine for PVC ceiling panel  (this solution for design is very few now, but the production cost is the lowest). For printing, clients will need materials including: ink, UV varnish (glossy or matt) and thinner. The consumption of ink and UV is around 20-30 grams per square meters, the consumption of UV varnish is 30-40 grams per square meter.

• Hot stamping machine for PVC ceiling panel (it is popular usage now because of easy to do the production and production cost similar with printing.) For hot stamping, clients will need prepare materials including: glue(single component cold glue) and hot stamping foil (directly buy from film factory.)

For PVC wall panel, normally clients use lamination(can be online or offline) mainly we will need prepare glue and PVC film to do the production.
