Step 1 is raw materials mixing and feeding process:

This process mix raw materials according to formula, it can be semi-automatic and fully automatic, we can design this feeding system according to clients’ capacity and other clients factory status.

Step 2 is PVC ceiling panel extrusion process:

By this step, clients can can get all sizes PVC ceiling panels, clients can get all design panels. To get design, basically there are 3 ways: hot stamping machine, offline printing machine and lamination machine.

1. For printing machine, it requires ink, UV materials to get design and glossy surface
2. For hot stamping machine, clients will need buy hot stamping foil(design foil) and glue to transfer design to panel.
3. For lamination machine, clients will need buy PVC film(design film) and glue, and then stick film to panel to get design

Step 3 is recycling process:

This step is helpful to reduce the production cost for clients, during PVC ceiling panel making process, sometimes there is waste products, if we don’t recycle them, it will occur wastage and increase clients’ production cost, therefore we need this recycling process. It mainly includes PVC crusher and PVC pulverizer.
