The working process of PVC foam wall panel extrusion line:

5. For haul off machine, we use K series gearbox(servo motor), it makes production smooth.
6. For cutting machine, we use dust free system with cover, it makes production clean and safe.
7. For lamination machine, you can choose to use cold glue type or hot glue type, the difference is hot glue is more environmental and healthy, the final product will be kind of better than cold glue.
